Representing Unit 5 at Merlin Park Regional Hospital at the opening of the Burning Bright exhibition in the Galway Arts Centre, Dominick Street, were: Irene Lynch, Martin Fallon, Oscar De Souza and Joe Flaherty. With them are Chris Monaghan, Galway County Arts Officer, James Harrold, Galway City Arts Officer, Anna McCarthy, UHG Arts Trust Arts Officer, and Josephine Horgan and Sandra Gaughan, HCA Merlin Park Unit 5. Burning Bright is an annual project where artists work with people in Nursing Homes, Day Centres and hospitals in Galway City and County in partnership with The Arts Council, Galway County Council, Age Action West and Galway Arts Centre.
