IF THE CAPS FIT . . . Agnes Sage, shop manager, and her daughter Lily at the relaunch of the Oxfam Shop at Lower Abbeygate Street. The Oxfam shop on Lower Abbeygate Street was relaunched at the weekend. Galway City Mayor, Cllr. Hildegarde Naughton and TG4's Sinéad Ní Loideáin were on hand to perform the official relaunch. Sinéad who was dressed from the oxfam shop in a retro vintage look, led the field in the fashion stakes on the day. The new shop not only stocks vintage clothing but has a range of contemporary, clothes, books, music and household items some new and some pre-owned and donated by Oxfam supporters. Local shop manager Agnes Sage has appealed for people to support the Oxfam "Make Space Campaign"; whereby people may  make space at home by donating pre-owned items and enable Oxfam to recycle them to raise much needed funds to support Oxfam's programme and emergency work.
